Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. When she was 16, she began taking part in fitness competitions, after quitting gymnastics. Her Professional Card was granted a year later, when she was 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. When she quit her gymnastics profession, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of 16 at the age of 16. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old She was able to earn her professional card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently one of the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel was forced to take six years away from stage work after she received her Pro card to complete her college. In 2015 she re-entered the stage to compete at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued for several years after her debut, establishing higher goals for herself each year. In 2009, she had been awarded four fitness awards. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel spent the first six years of competition to get her college diploma. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro took place at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. At the end of the day, she finished 3rd at the show. In the summer of 2016, she won named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she appeared on the stage at the Olympia and took 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectation prior to that and was proud of the result. There is no doubt that Ariel placed well considering she competed with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve each year. Ariel loves working out your lower back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm and pullups using machines, as well as bent-over rows. First, she warms up prior to moving into exercises. Ariel is also extremely efficient in her work. Converting all the exercises back into a set of three or four 10-12 repetition supersets is exactly what she is doing.
