Ali MacGraw

Ali MacGraw aka Elizabeth Alice MacGraw was an American actor, animal advocate and writer who was awarded numerous awards. Ali MacGraw is well-known for films such as Love Story, Goodbye Columbus and The Getaway. Growing up in a family of artists living in New York she wished to pursue a career in the field of arts. The first job she had was an assistant to photographers. She then moved on to acting and modeling. The actress was awarded her the Golden Globe Award in 1990 as a promising actor. Her film MacGraw's Love Story from 1970 was an enormous success that earned fame to the world and also an Academy Award nominee and Golden Globe Award. Within three years she had been voted as the number one female box-office participant in the entire world. In 1972, the Grauman's Chinese Theater recorded her signature with handprints, foot prints and handprints in 1972. Her other credits include The Getaway Convoy Players, the miniseries on TV The Winds of War and other. Moving Pictures, a 1991 autobiography, of hers was released. MacGraw was married to three individuals.
